These racks are characterized by the lack of front pillars. This allows an easier way to place and retrieve the load. Properly selected levels of rack storage are fully available for forklifts. This type of warehouse equipment, due to its versatility, is ideal for a variety of spaces, both in a small workshop and in a huge distribution center. The cantilever rack ideally finds its use when we are dealing with long objects that are extremely difficult to store, and thus steel bars, pipes, profiles, wooden slats, furniture, as well as household appliances. Handling products stored on the arms in a horizontal position is carried out manually or by means of cranes and forklifts.
Console racks are designed in two types:
- one-sided shelves: intended to be placed along the wall.
- double-sided racks: a single-column construction, providing maximum capacity.
The modular structure provides a unique functionality, allowing the installation of additional arms, columns, braces, and optimal adaptation to specific needs. The basic elements of the support bracket are the columns and the base as well as the arms together with the limiters of the extension at their ends. The rack length adapts to the available space by adding different lengths of horizontal connectors and diagonal braces. Cantilever racks can also be mounted on sliding bases.
