The mezzanine NT Logistic is a multi-level shelf system with a dividing floor. Mezzanines are built with two or more levels. The lowest level is the support for the floor construction. For this purpose, specially reinforced frames are used that transfer the floor load. Mezzanines are often used in large spare parts warehouses or where large quantities of slow-moving objects are stored.
The basis of the mezzanine are standard elements of shelving racks. There are two methods to build mezzanines. It is possible to use long posts and attach floors to them, or short poles separated by, for example, a floor plate or a lattice. The individual levels are connected to each other by means of stairs. It is also possible to use elevators or a conveyor system to supply goods on the mezzanine as well as to dispense goods from it.
