Another type of flow rack is the Pusch Back. Roller beds or special trolley beds are used in this rack. Storage of pallets takes place in accordance with the LIFO principle - the last entered, first out. Both the loading and unloading of pallets runs from the same side of the rack. Therefore, it requires only one working corridor. Each successively loaded pallet pushes the next one into the rack. When the pallet on the front of the rack is removed, the next one moves in its place on the roller modules. Push-back Pallet Racks are particularly suitable for storing large quantities of the same products: they provide less operations, shorter transport routes and increase storage capacity up to 75%.
